Deep Breathing Primer: learn to relax in 10 minutes

Deep breathing is the easiest, most widely available tool to manage short term stress. Proper deep breathing is like aspirin aspirin it is cheap, effective, and can improve a number of conditions; anxiety, anger management, tension, pain are but a few. Join me as I walk you through the 4 basic steps of proper and effective deep breathing. I encourage you to practice this skill 5-10 minutes daily. The more you practice it, the more effective and immediate the relaxation response will be, so come on and do something for yourself. There is no excuse not to try and only good things can come of it.
