Using out of the box thinking to manage stress- Family Stress

I declare April stress management month at Life in Focus.

My goal this whole month is to educate you on various ways to better manage stress in your daily lives. I encourage you as a reader to try out a variety of skills and keep an open mind. Think out of the box, do things differently than you are right now! After all, you are an evloving system and so you should adapt your apporaches as you shift.

This TED talk by Bruce Feiler is a great discussion about using novel approaches to manage daily stress. He is specifically addressing the use of a corporate management model to help with family stress. Don’t be fooled, even if you don’t have a bunch of kids at home this talk pertains to you and is well worth listening to and taking tips from.
